Kanye West Interrupts Taylor Swift’s VMA Acceptance Speech: Beyonce Had the Best Video
The outspoken rapper Kanye West interrupted Taylor Swift’s acceptance speech for Best Female Video at MTV’s “2009 Video Music Awards,” declaring Beyonce Knowles’s music video should have won the moon man.
“Beyonce had one of the best videos of the year,” he said, taking the microphone from Swift.
Swift, looking taken aback, left the stage following West’s outburst.

Eccentric singer/songwriter Lady GaGa is involved in a controversial internet debate about not only her sexuality but her gender too (photos and video). Lady GaGa was said to be a hermaphrodite (watch video), which means she had both male and female genitalia, and there was even some sort of confirmation from the singer.
Now there are rumors circulating Lady GaGa is actually a man and not an intersexual. When asked about the rumors, GaGa’s manager said, “This is completely ridiculous.” Ridiculous or not, I think it’s time to stop this rumors.
Although GaGa has admitted to be attracted to women in a pure physical level and has been caught in a wild lesbian night (photos), it doesn’t mean she is a man… or a she-male!

Word has been spreading on the net that the above image is a new promo shot from Janet’s upcoming album. Truth be told… it’s just a fan rendering of Janet that is indeed pretty cool looking.
Jay-Z brought Kanye West and Rihanna out to the New York City borough of Queens on Thursday to shoot scenes for his video for “Run This Town,” from his forthcoming album The Blueprint 3. The powerful trio didn’t hit famous Queens ‘hoods like Queensbridge, South Side or Hollis, instead they hit the park. However, this was no picnic scene: from the looks of things, a revolution was being started! The trio shot in the historic Fort Totten Park, which is part recreational park, part preserved Civil War fortress.
Photos of the black-clad trio from the top-secret shoot have popped up on thelifefiles.com, where you see Jay — in one outfit — wearing a black hoodie and jacket with bullets draped around his neck. In another scene Rihanna dons a veil, a hoodie and a cover over her face; in another there’s glamour shot where the singer is wearing dark sunglasses, boots and shorts, standing in between Jay and ‘Ye, both of whom are wearing sunglasses.
According to a source who was on the set, Jay had about 80 extras dressed in black as well. The supporters are said to be forming a militia-type group in the video on the side of Hova, West and RiRi. Kanye’s girlfriend Amber Rose reportedly visited the set as a spectator.
Anthony Mandler directed the clip, and some of the scenery on the set reportedly included fire and overturned cars — the aftermath of some sort of scripted confrontation, no doubt.
Earlier this week, it was announced that Jay, Kanye and Rihanna will perform “Run This Town” on the maiden episode of one hour variety program, “The Jay Leno Show.” The show is scheduled for September 14 at 10 p.m.
Three days prior (on September 11), Jay releases The Blueprint 3. “Run This Town” is the second official single, following “D.O.A. (Death of Auto-Tune).”

The singer once said his own funeral would be the “greatest show on earth” and he would not have been disappointed as music royalty turned out at a memorial service for the “King of Pop”.
Many of the 11,000 fans who had won tickets in a global online lottery were reduced to tears as a stellar line-up, including Stevie Wonder, Lionel Richie, Mariah Carey, Jennifer Hudson, Queen Latifah, and Smokey Robinson appeared in an emotionally charged atmosphere at the Staples Center sports arena in Los Angeles. Jackson’s children sat in the front row of the crowd close to his coffin.
As the family emerged from the cemetery’s Hall of Liberty, Paris clutched the hand of the singer’s mother Katherine, 79, a Jehova’s Witness, and his brothers helped load the coffin, covered in red flowers, into a plain black hearse..
It was then driven 11 miles to the memorial service escorted by the California Highway Patrol. A helicopter had been on standby in case the roads were blocked by traffic.
It was not clear where the body would be taken after the memorial service, although it was likely to go back to Forest Lawn for burial.
Jackson’s grave would remain secret as the cemetery never reveals the resting spot of its famous clients and some areas are closed off to the public.

I see the media is having a field day by using 75% of their coverage about MJ’s passing to talk about his former allegations of child molestation, money and family problems. I think they should use less time discussing those issues and focus on how much of an Icon he was…not only musically but culturally. Michael Jackson is and always will be the King of Pop!

Two days before his wedding, Doug and his three friends drive to Las Vegas for a blow-out bachelor party they’ll never forget.
